TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Children above the age of 5 will need a ticket.
2. Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
3. Please carry a valid photo id while traveling. The Ticket booked is not transferable.
4. 1 pieces of luggage upto 10 kg will be accepted free of charge per passenger. Excess items will be chargeable
5. Baggage over 10 kgs per passenger will be considered as Excess and it shall be chargeable.
6. Pets are not allowed
7. Smoking & Consumption of liquor inside the bus is prohibited. Bus operator reserves the right to deboard drunk passengers.
8. Bus operator is not obligated to wait beyond the scheduled bus departure time. No refund request will be entertained for late arriving passengers.
9. All disputes are related to Salem Jurisdiction Only.
10. Electrical, Electronic and other household items and items packed in cardboard box/baggage shall be treated as excess baggage and shall be charged extra.
11. Bus Operator or the Management shall not be responsible for any loss of luggage or valuables.
12. The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
13. The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your booking at least 6 hours prior to scheduled departure of the bus to be eligible for a refund.

1. Cancellation charges are computed on a per seat basis. Above cancellation fare is calculated based on seat fare
2. Cancellation charges are calculated based on service start date + time

0 hours to 6 hours prior to departure	100% Deduction
6 hours to 12 hours prior to departure	50% Deduction
12 hours to 24 hours prior to departure	25% Deduction
24 hours to ANYTIME prior to departure	10% Deduction
CANCELLATION OF RESCHEDULED TICKET	100% Deduction

3. For group bookings individual seats can be cancelled.
4. Ticket cannot be cancelled after scheduled bus departure time from the first boarding point
5. Tickets can be rescheduled once . Once rescheduled ticket cannot be rescheduled again.
6. E-ticket cancellations are permitted through website by the user. In case of a booking made through a travel agent like REDBUS, ABHIBUS, MAKEMYTRIP, PAYTM ETC, the refund amount will be made to the travel agency's account on cancellation of the booking. Guests will have to contact the concerned agency directly to claim their refund.
